• Your batpkr username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with any other person.
• You are fully responsible for all activity on your batpkr account, including any bets placed or withdrawals requested while you are logged in.

• batpkr is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your login credentials secure.
• Account registration on batpkr is free of charge at all times.

All financial transactions on batpkr are conducted in Pakistani rupees (PKR). batpkr supports Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard for both deposits and withdrawals. All bets placed on batpkr are subject to the specific rules of the game or market concerned. Once a bet is confirmed on batpkr, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. All bets are final upon confirmation. In the event of a technical error during a game or bet placement, batpkr will investigate and resolve the matter as fairly as possible. The decision of batpkr's team in such disputes is final.

• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your batpkr balance immediately upon settlement.

batpkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if a breach of these Terms is detected or suspected.
